The box came to me right before Christmas, I only got to open it now. It’s a good box, I’m excited (I know I always say I’m excited about these boxes)!! There are four items in this box. My little Kensi kept wanting to get into the box!
I was super excited to get the deodorant stick by Blissoma. I’m just about finished with my Secret deodorant and have been researching what to get. I tried it on and it left a giant white streak on my under arm. I had to blend it in a bit with my fingers. It’s a minor inconvenience. I’m not sure if it’s just because this is new and that’s how it always starts out, but I’ll update once I get some actual usage out of it. I’ll have to test it out and see how it holds up when I have a more rigorous day though!
There was also a Zabana Essentials glow stick skin balm. It’s supposed to add a slight hint of shimmer. When I tried it on the back of my hand, I didn’t notice much of a shimmer or a glow on me – maybe I need to add more, my skin tone tends to run on the darker side. It did however smell delicious! It also absorbed quickly, leaving my skin feeling nice and soft.
Another item I was excited about was the Kani Botanicals’ petal polish rose face mask. Because face masks are always fun! I’m setting it aside for another day!
The final item are blush papier by Mai Couture. It looks so pretty, but like I’ve said before, I don’t often wear blush. The card says that it leaves a subtle colour, so I’ll try it out at some point!
